Bear Complex 7-7-7-7-7

Bear Complex 7-7-7-7-7 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets. This counts as one set: 1. Power Clean 2. Front Squat 3. Push-Press 4. Back Squat 5. Push-Press Complete seven sets for one round. Do 5 rounds total working up to your max. You can rest in between rounds. Do not let go of the bar. If you do, you must restart the round. Post loads completed. Start light this is an exercise inbar cycling and big lifting. Bar behind the head pres is a crucial piece of mobility and if this limits your weight used then thats how it needs to be until you gain strength and mobility there

1 3 Position Snatch, pick load Every 1 min for 15 mins. as per the clean and jerks last week we are looking at Pauses in the catch, as well as hitting the positions! this is about technique not weight therefore, we should, at WORST CASE see poor lifts, not MISSED lifts
